TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Leigh and Sons Cleaning. Leigh and Sons Cleaning prides itself on the highest standards of cleaning on every job,  using the best quality professional products and equipment to ensure customer satisfaction. Leigh and Sons Cleaning performs domestic and residential cleaning services to the London and Essex area. Pricing is non-negotiable and is set to cover products, equipment, insurance,  travel, etc.  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. A 24-hour notice period is needed in order to reschedule an appointment or risk losing the deposit. If a client is unhappy with the work carried out they are required to contact us within 24 hours in order for us to resolve the issue. Before we provide our service the client is required to show the state of the property or allow us to view the property to give accurate pricing for the amount of work required. The client is required to ensure their property is safe and ready for us to perform the cleaning service. We will not move large/heavy items, these need to be moved by the client. Payment (minus the deposit) needs to be paid on the day of the cleaning. We accept bank transfers or cash. Invoices are provided upon request. Photos are to be taken before and after work is carried out. All work is confidential and permission will be asked if photos are to be shared.
